How your listing gets on the MLS
After your agent approves the listing, they enter it in the MLS. You'll see “Submitted to the MLS”, then “Your listing is live”.
Your agent enters the approved listing in the MLS serving your county, with the photos in order.
When it's in, your status changes to “Submitted to the MLS”; once the MLS makes it active, it changes to “Your listing is live” and your property website goes up.
If the MLS needs an answer we don't have, you'll get a question to answer, and your agent resubmits.
