Get Listed is a technology platform. A licensed real estate agent and their brokerage firm handle the licensed part of your sale. Here is who they are, how we protect your home and your information, and what stays in your hands.
A licensed agent and firm
- In every state where we're open, a licensed real estate agent reviews your listing before it's submitted to the MLS, working under a licensed brokerage firm.
- We aren't open in any state yet. The Licensing page lists each agent and firm, with license numbers, as states open.
- Questions that need a license, like price, offers and contract terms, go to your agent, not to support or the assistant.
Security
- Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted, including daily backups.
- Lockbox codes are encrypted separately, never sent by email, and every view is recorded.
- Changes, signatures and every look at an original photo or document go into a history that can't be edited or deleted.
Privacy
- Interior photos are private to you and your agent until you choose to publish them.
- We remove location and camera details from the copies we make, and we don't sell your personal information.
- From your account settings you can download your data or ask us to delete your account.
You stay in control
- What our tools suggest from your photos stays a suggestion until you confirm it. Your listing is written only from facts you've confirmed.
- You decide how showings are approved, and you can decline any request or suggest another time.
- Offers arrive side by side. Accepting, countering or declining is your decision.
- You can pause your home's website at any time.
- We will never send you wiring instructions. Before you wire money, call your title or escrow company at a number you looked up yourself.
Where we're open
- We open state by state, each with a licensed agent and firm in place first. Your listing is entered in your local MLS by your agent.
- Not open in your state yet? Join the list and we'll tell you when we are.
Help when you need it
- Ask Get Listed answers questions about your home's next step, showings, documents, offers and closing from inside your dashboard.
- Send a question to support from any page; a person replies in your messages.
- Title, payoff and closing-money questions go to your escrow officer.
