Draft — pending legal review

This is a working draft prepared on October 1, 2026 and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Text in [brackets] is still to be completed. The final version will replace this draft and show its effective date.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] (“Get Listed”) for your use of getlisted.today and our apps. By creating an account or using Get Listed you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Get Listed is

Get Listed is a technology platform that helps you prepare, list and manage the sale of your home. Real-estate brokerage services, including MLS listing, are provided by a licensed brokerage firm in your state, through a licensed agent who signs your listing paperwork for the brokerage firm. Your listing agreement with that brokerage firm sets out the brokerage's duties to you; it is separate from these terms.

Get Listed is not a law firm, title company, escrow agent, lender, appraiser or home inspector, and nothing on Get Listed is legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Only list a property you own or are authorized to sell, and invite everyone on title who must sign.

4. Fees and payment

Scanning your home is free. The listing fee and any optional add-ons are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout before you pay; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds: you can ask for a refund from your order page and our staff will review it. [Refund policy: when refunds are available, e.g. before agent review or MLS submission, and how much.]

The percentage-based fee shown is an illustrative example only. Brokerage compensation is negotiable and is not set by law. Actual costs vary, and other selling costs (such as buyer-side compensation, title and escrow charges, and taxes) may apply.

5. Your content and the facts about your home

  • You keep ownership of the photos, videos, documents and information you provide. You give us permission to store, process and display them to provide the service, including showing listing photos publicly while your home is on the market.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the facts you confirm and the disclosures you make. Suggestions from our tools, including AI suggestions and public-record data, are not confirmed facts until you confirm them.
  • Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

6. Electronic records and signatures

You agree to receive notices and records from us electronically and to sign documents electronically. Electronic signatures through Get Listed have the same effect as signing on paper. You can ask for a paper copy of any document you signed by contacting us. [Counsel: confirm E-SIGN Act consent wording and the right to withdraw consent.]

7. Optional services and providers

HomeReady recommendations and optional add-ons are optional. Third-party providers you choose are responsible for their own services. Title, escrow and mortgage services are never recommended in exchange for any payment to us.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Get Listed: no unlawful, false or discriminatory listings or messages, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, no interfering with the service, and no scraping. All listings must comply with fair housing laws.

9. Agents

Agents who join Get Listed must hold an active license in each state they work and must keep their license and managing broker details current. Approval for Get Listed Pro is at our discretion and may be suspended. [Agent participation terms to be supplied separately.]

10. Ending your account

You can close your account from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Some records must be kept after an account closes, as our Privacy Policy explains.

11. Disclaimers and limits

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law ([state]) and venue, as counsel advises. These must not limit any duty a licensed brokerage owes you under state law.]

12. Changes and contact

We'll post changes here and tell you about significant ones before they take effect. Questions: [contact email], [mailing address].
