Privacy Policy

Get Listed (getlisted.today) is operated by [legal entity name], [address]. Listing services are provided through licensed real-estate brokerages in each state. In this policy, “we” means [legal entity name].

• Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your password if you choose one (agents). Passwords are held by our sign-in provider (Amazon Cognito); we never see or store them.
• Your home: the address you enter, facts about the property you provide or confirm, and property records we obtain from licensed data providers.
• HomeScan photos and video: images you capture of your home, including its interior. We remove location and camera metadata from the copies we create.
• Spoken notes: if you use the microphone button to say a note, your browser turns your speech into text (on your device where the browser supports it; some browsers use their maker's service). We never receive the recording, only the text you choose to send.
• Documents and signatures: forms, disclosures and uploads, signature records, and the dates and hashes that prove a signed document hasn't changed.
• Showings, offers and messages you send or receive through Get Listed.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the last details Stripe shares with merchants; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Agents: license state and number, and your managing broker's name, contact and email you provide.
• Usage: pages visited, measured with Google Analytics on getlisted.today. Private links (invitations, signing and sharing links) are removed from what analytics records. We also count, without cookies or anything that identifies you, how many visits reach each step of selling (for example, searching an address or starting a scan) so we can see where the process is hard.

• To build your property profile, listing and documents, and to run your sale.
• To have a licensed brokerage firm review your listing, and for the state's agent to sign listing paperwork. The agent may send signed documents to their managing broker, who keeps them for the brokerage firm's records.
• To send you account, transaction and safety emails.
• To prevent fraud, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
• Marketing emails only if you agree to them; you can stop them at any time.

We use AI to suggest rooms and features in your photos, check photo quality and draft listing descriptions. Suggestions stay suggestions until you confirm them, and listing descriptions are written only from facts you've confirmed. Interior photos are sent only to AI providers we have approved for that purpose [counsel: confirm provider terms on retention and model training].

• The licensed brokerage firm and agent for your state, and the MLS when you list.
• People you invite or deal with: co-sellers, buyers' agents who request showings or make offers, and the title or escrow company you choose.
• Service providers who run parts of Get Listed for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email, sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google (address suggestions and analytics), RentCast (property records), our AI provider, and our self-hosted e-signature service.
• If the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or rights.

We don't sell your personal information.

Photos of your home's interior stay private unless you choose to use them in your listing or share them. Photos you put in your listing are shown publicly while it's on the market, including on your property website and through the MLS.

We use two cookies for your account: one keeps you signed in, and one recognizes a browser you’ve signed in from before, so we can email you when your account is used somewhere new. Google Analytics sets cookies only if you choose “Allow” when we ask; until then it measures visits without cookies. We never use advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “No”. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We keep your information while your account is open. Brokerages must keep transaction records for the period their state's law requires, so some records outlive an account: [retention periods by record type and state].

• Update your details on your account page.
• Ask for a copy of your information or for your account to be deleted from your account page. We'll tell you within 30 days what we've done and anything we must keep, and why.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails from any of them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and important actions are recorded in an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
