Buyers' agents send offers from your property website. Compare them side by side, then accept, counter or decline. You decide; your agent can talk any offer through with you.
Each offer arrives with its terms and, usually, the buyer's agent's PDF. Your Offers page puts them side by side with your estimated proceeds.
Accept, counter or decline each one. You also decide what buyers' agents may be told about other offers.
Use “Ask my agent about this offer” to get your agent's advice. Get Listed explains terms but never tells you which offer to take.
